Quite often, the gym can be overwhelming, and with the overload of information, it can be daunting to know what to do, and where to begin.

That is what I’m here for.

As a certified personal trainer, I will cut through all the contradictory information and design an exercise regimen for you that is customized to your goals, your preferences, and your schedule.

There is no one-size-fits-all workout.  Of course, following any fitness protocol faithfully is going to produce some results, and I cheer on anyone trying to get fit!  However, a personalized plan means that every minute you spend working and every bit of effort is designed specifically to target your unique body, needs and aspirations.

As a mother of two, I understand the difficulty of making yourself a priority!  That’s why I offer the option of training in your home, if going to a gym is not feasible, training with a friend or two to minimize cost, or even online coaching to enable you to workout on your own whenever your schedule allows.
